By gaining range of motion where needed ones experience vastly improves.

The Fascial Tissue
The fascial system is a web of fibrous connective tissue found throughout your body - it enhances your muscles, joints, and organs. Factors that cause fascial restriction include receptive movements, lack of physical activity and injury.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
FTS is neuro-myofascial manual method which focuses on the connective tissue system rather then isolated muscular treatment. It is a table-based assisted stretching that focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal strength, flexibility, pain relief and performance.
There is no pain or pushing limits in this type of stretch. I stay focused on your breath and listen to the resistance in your tissues as you melt away into a state of utter relaxation. It is full of gentle movements.
